Live in the UK and fancy yourself as a reviewer??
« on: January 12, 2012, 01:57:30 PM »
Hello everyone

Well, not quite everyone, this is for you who live in the UK.

Fancy your chances at becoming a reviewer with SFCrowsnest, then follow the routs off the SFC main page as to requirements and email me a sample review.

If you're extra-terrestrial will need proof.

Geoff

PS If you're into fantasy then you've hit the sweets jar.

Hello everyone

I nabbed one new reviewer from the British Isles for February.

Anyone feeling lucky for March. Would suit someone or more who actually has a book addict.

See other post below.

Geoff

All those people looking in on this message and no one contacting me. Honestly, it's a lot easier reviewing than you think.

A lot of you folk are looking so who's going to be non-conformist enough to send me a sample review and live in the UK.

I might take on the occasional off island user if they can tackle ebooks.

Go on then - I'll give it a go. I did have some reviews posted on the now defunct British Science Fiction forum. There are a variety of reviews on the Amazon UK web site of which a longer one can be found at:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Escape-Velocity-The-Anthology-ebook/dp/B004Z8L3SG/ref=cm_aya_orig_subj

My review is the first and only customer reviewer (Andy E) and if you click on the 'See all of my reviews link' you will find reviews of all sorts of things. I should probably get out more...

I'd be up for some reviewing. I'm a journalist by trade and have written some film reviews for Studio magazine in my own time.

Can post some links/email some pdfs if you'd like?

I'll work on my style and try to send you a couple of sample reviews soon if you're still looking for reviewers. I definitely qualify for the 'book addiction' part of this and love fantasy possibly even more than science fiction...

Hello everyone

Anyone else want to try their hand at reviewing as an alternative to this rainy weather.

Hello everyone

Anyone out there with a perchance for reading horror or urban horror books and lives in the UK and thinks they can review should get in touch.
