Frank Frazetta: a remembrance

Having read the article Frank Frazetta: a remembrance at
http://www.sfcrowsnest.com/articles/features/2010/Frank-Frazetta-a-remembrance-1928-2010-14856.php
got me thinking.
Is Frank the greatest fantasy artist of that period, or was that reserved for Boris Vallejo?
